About My Yoga


In addition to teaching yoga, I am also a certified Pilates instructor. This additional training has provided me with a comprehensive understanding of the body and its movement patterns. I incorporate elements of Pilates into my classes, focusing on core strength, stability, and alignment, to help my students develop a strong and balanced physique.

I am deeply grateful for the opportunity to share my passion for yoga with others. Witnessing the positive impact it has on my students' lives is truly rewarding.
